-In order to get users enrolled progressively, we will institute periodic blackouts starting on February 6, 2024, which will gradually increase in scope until April of 2024. During these periods, users who have not enrolled into MFA will be unable to connect to certain clusters. The blackout periods are scheduled to occur on Tuesdays, between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM ET. The clusters which will be subjected to blackouts are:
