October 24, 2016 Unplanned network outage over the weekend:

There was an issue that affected the OpenStack network (neutron) nodes over the weekend and instances lost network connectivity. The issue has been resolved, but firmware/Operating Systems updates will be performed during the day today to try resolve this from happening in the future. There may be periods of connectivity issues due to these updates being applied. If you still cannot access your instance from the network, then it likely missed it's DHCP renewal window and will need to be rebooted from the dashboard or via the command line tools. If you require assistance with this, please contact cloud@computecanada.ca.
