On Tuesday June 27 13:00-14:00 ET/10:00-11:00 PT we will be swapping over the network connection to the new 100Gb router at Arbutus. This will affect access to the West cloud during this time. The outage is not expected to last the hour, but there will be periods of connectivity loss during this window.
* We believe the networking issue should be resolved now, but we are still investigating.
