We noticed that after adoption of MFA, MobaXTerm presents a strange behavior, more or less prevalent depending on the version: although files can be open via then terminal, once users attempt to open, download, or upload files using the navigation bar on the left side it results in the operations hanging indefinitely. | |||

It's possible you have 1 or 2 hidden MFA-Duo windows on your computer waiting to be authenticated, and they are behind for other windows. | |||
In addition, each time you navigate to a different folder folder on the left pane, another transaction is started, requiring MFA. Some versions of MobaXterm handles this better than others. | |||
