Extract the whole archive

This section should be reconsidered. The title only says "extraction", but then the body gets into the behaviour of the -C option, which can be quite hard to understand since it involves different directories and files of the same names. Maybe split into two sections? First one on extracting to the same location, with the hazard of overwriting mentioned; second one on how to avoid overwriting with the -C (change directory) option?
